Wi-Fi compressed natural gas detector with 70 dB alarm and instant Shelly Cloud app alerts – no hub required.
The Shelly Gas CNG sensor is a compressed natural gas detector that adds an extra layer of safety for your home and family. Connect the device directly to Wi-Fi with no hub required, and receive notifications wherever you are, straight to the Shelly Cloud app.
Shelly Gas CNG can be integrated into the Shelly smart ecosystem, allowing you to create a variety of scenes. For example, when the gas level becomes dangerously high, doors and windows can open automatically and the lights can switch off.
Shelly GAS is available in two versions: CNG for compressed natural gas and LPG for liquefied petroleum gas. Each detects its gas type and adds extra protection for your home and family.
Shelly GAS protects your home against LPG or CNG leaks and alerts you on your smartphone straight away. If you cook and forget to turn off the oven, your home can quickly fill with gas. A Shelly sensor in your kitchen helps prevent this.
Valves keep gas appliances working properly and safely, but leaks can still happen. When Shelly GAS detects a leak, it can be set to close the gas valve straight away, so gas leaks are one less thing to worry about.
Smart alerts let you know whether the device is working. If gas levels become dangerous, Shelly GAS flashes a red light and sounds a loud alarm so you can leave the area safely.
Shelly GAS can be placed almost anywhere, such as the kitchen or bathroom. Install it wherever there is even a slight chance of a gas leak. Then create gas detection scenes, such as opening windows, unlocking doors or switching on lights.
