Do touch switches need a neutral wire?
It depends on the model. Many standard touch switches work without neutral, while Wi-Fi and some Zigbee models require it. Each product page states the wiring requirement — check it before ordering, or contact us with your wiring details.
Which back box do I need?
It depends on the series: standard square panels and Italian-standard modular frames use different back boxes. The back box each product needs is stated in its description — if in doubt, send us your project details.
Do panels and modules come together?
In the “Frames & Modules” category, the glass frame and the switch or socket modules are sold separately so you can combine them freely. Complete switches in other categories include everything needed.
Can I control the switches from my phone?
Yes, with the Wi-Fi or Zigbee versions. Depending on the brand they work with the brand’s app and with Amazon Alexa or Google Home.
How do I pay?
Online by card, through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is AED 49 anywhere in the UAE and free for orders over AED 750.
